Tink and the Hackney BMX coaches would like to see as many riders as possible attending this session, especially those in intermediate/expert sessions, to keep up their fitness for when we are back on the bike.

Weekly Lockdown Bike Club Live Sessions!
For everyone who is missing their Saturday morning at their local BMX club, whether that is socialising with friends or participating in physical activity… the Lockdown Bike Club has the answer! We are hosting a virtual club session live on Zoom and you are all invited.
Join us at 10am for a live 40 minute HIIT workout run by Azlee.
- Mixture of upper body, lower body, cardio and mobility exercises
- No equipment needed
- Adaptations to the exercises will be provided, but if you have any specific requests please let us know prior to the session.
At 10.40am grab yourself a coffee or a cold drink to join in with a wind-down and catch up for the final 20 minutes.

Parents, coaches, volunteers and participants. Bring along your family members to get involved as well (U16's must be accompanied by an adult).

Note: between 10:05 and 10:40 no new participants will be admitted into the call due to the workout being underway
